The Deputy Executive Director at Orpe Human Rights Advocates is one of the key management leaders. The Deputy Executive Director helps the CEO on his duties of overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Executive Director. The DED is a senior executive who oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions within the organization and oversees all operational aspects of the organization. Miss. Tona holds a Master in Business Administration from the Rene Descartes University, and Master degree from the United States Institute of Leadership and Diplomacy. Prior to join OHRA, Miss was a Consultant in management at AGLA Consulting LLC.
