Chief People Officer (CPO)
As Chief People Officer at OHRA, Mr. Robarton assumes the responsible overseeing employment, placement, orientation and training, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services. Plans and directs all aspects of the OHRA's human resources policies, objectives, and initiatives. Mr. Robarton holds a Master degree from the French School of Political and Social Studies. He has the responsibility of ensuring that OHRA is in compliance with current, applicable labor laws. The CPO reports directly to the Deputy Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Robarton manages the division of personnel which is a function with major organizational impact. The CPO's role extends to the establishment of the overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. Mr. Robarton has a proven truck records of demonstrating the core qualification of business acumen and leadership experience that has brought him to a top of head of the division of personnel.
