Chief Development Officer
The chief development officer (CDO) at OHRA is an executive-level position. As a CDO, Mr. Ashford's duties include overseeing the financial stability, fundraising, or growth of the organization. Mr. Ashford maintains close communication with internal executive officers, such as the CEO and CFO, advising them on strategies to improve donor relations or increase revenue while providing input for yearly budgets and other financial issues. Prior to joining OHRA, Mr. Ashford has worked for 6 years in a senior business development position as a Director of In-House Consulting at AGLA consulting LLC, and as Corporate Strategy at ZorArte LLC. Mr. Ashford has experience in improving business revenue and productivity. What made him successful is in this role is his strong desire to do research, analyze data, and be able to work well alone and with others. The CDO has a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) and always demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
